Is this underwear too tight to reduce sperm count?(PIC)?

Underwear that kills sperm kills it because you testicles cannot move up and down with temperature change. When it's cold your testes move closer to your body, when it's hot they hang lower. The underwear that you picked out would keep your testes close to your body and therefore would not be ideal for hot weather.
