Drivers for a Dell Latitude D610 Laptop Help?

I have just upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7 on my Dell Latitude D610 laptop. Windows has found all of the drivers for me except the Multimedia Audio Controller and the Video Controller? I have searched and searched for these drivers. I can't find them! Help please! :) Thanks in advance!
