I want a good portable mutilmedia item... please help?

Hi all. I'm wanting to get a good portable multimedia item at budget price. When I say multimedia, I mean so that it can play DVD's, Music, Surf the Internet, Have Good Games (small and large) and FREE internet. I'm finding it hard to find an item which can do all this, so I'm asking for your help. I'm considering PSVita, IPod Touch, and an Android Tablet. The annoying thing is none of them can play DVD's. Anyone know of an item which can do everything I ask of? If anyone wants to know, I'm leaning towards PSVita right now (but it can't play DVD's)
